Today it is common for businesses to communicate with their Customers by using audio visual communications. These advanced display systems provide all sorts of information to customers and end users, helping to deliver a better experience. 

Effective communication is fundamental to all businesses. It is necessary for providing customers with important information and plays a key role in retaining and increasing both revenue and market share. 

Over the years we have worked in a wide range of environments including; systems integrators, retail stores, corporate companies, hospitals, schools, stations and sports venues. Our job is to deliver and install advanced display systems that enables effective communication with the end user. Many of the systems used in high street retail environments are also used to support new revenue earning applications like menus and gaming applications.

Installation challenges
We have a highly motivated team of more than seventy staff to carry out the installation of digital signage, IPTV network television and AV distribution solutions, throughout the UK.

Whilst we have vast experience of providing an installation service, each job comes with its own particular challenge. For example, we are often tasked with installing systems in numerous stores per day (up to 30) over a period of just a few weeks in order to meet our Customers’ technology rollout deadlines.

Our services
In addition to offering quality installation services for digital signage, IPTV networking television, display screens, brackets, cabling, electrical, containment, video encoders and Freesat, we also offer project management and support services to help our Customers achieve a swift and efficient installation process. Our services include:

System design and pilot programmes – We discuss the Customer’s requirements and then design a solution to meet their needs. Experience has shown that a pilot programme prior to the main rollout helps to ensure that objectives are fully met and the solution is proven.

Project management and scheduling – ITM supplies Customers with their own dedicated project manager whose job it is to oversee the installation work from start to finish. They are also responsible for scheduling to ensure everything happens on time.

Service and support desk – We are dedicated to providing excellent Customer service. In addition to providing support throughout the lifespan of the project, we also provide support desk services so Customers can contact us if they have any problems with their solution post-installation.

Staging and logistics – ITM can pre-stage audio visual solutions from our own facility in Milton Keynes. The ability to pre-stage allows some configuration tasks to be completed offsite and ensures that the right equipment arrives at the Customer site on time to meet the installation team.

Test and commissioning – After installation, we will follow an agreed testing procedure and feedback to the Customers IT support team as required.

Through workshops and pilot projects, we are able to understand and identify the most cost effective, compliant methodology we can use to meet the objectives of the project team.
